The Qingming Festival holiday lasts from April 4th, 2024 to April 6th, 2024, for a total of 3 days. I will be working normally on April 7th (Saturday).
2、 Duty arrangement
Please arrange duty personnel in advance for each department to ensure the normal operation of the company's various tasks during the holiday period. On duty personnel, please keep their mobile phones unobstructed in order to respond to possible emergency situations.
3、 Safety precautions
Please conduct a safety check in the office area before the holiday to ensure that electrical equipment is turned off and documents and materials are properly organized.
During the holiday, please pay attention to personal safety, abide by traffic rules, and avoid accidents.
If there is an urgent work or emergency, please contact the relevant department head in a timely manner to coordinate and solve it together.
