All patent applications were completed in the second half of 2024.

The new assembly equipment realizes automatic and accurate assembly of potentiometer components, with efficiency increased by 60% compared with traditional manual work; the welding device optimizes the welding process, reduces poor soldering and missing soldering problems, and improves the stability of product welding; the easy-to-maintain resistance welding machine simplifies equipment maintenance processes and reduces production shutdown costs. Up to now, the company has 84 authorized patents in total, covering the entire process of potentiometer production, assembly, testing and welding, providing solid technical support for automated production.
